How to Get Your Customized Flowers:
Step 1: Contact Us
Message us to let us know that you are interested in having customized wood flowers for your special day.
You can also receive an estimated quote by letting us know what products you are interested in.
Step 2: Consultation
Let's talk about what your vision is for your flowers, color scheme, special request, and any themes for your wedding or event.
Step 3: Contract
Once we worked out all the details and a final quote has been proposed, look over and sign the contract. Once the contract has been signed and deposit has been made, you are officially on your way to having everlasting flowers!
Step 4: Receive Updates
We will keep you up to date along the way. After the contract has been signed and deposit has been made we will begin obtaining all the supplies we need to complete your order. We will let you know when your supplies have arrived, when your order is in production (plus pictures for your approval), and when your order is complete.
Step 5: Flowers Are Ready
When your flower order is ready, we carefully package them to ensure they arrive to you safely. A convenient pick up or delivery time will be scheduled. Shipping options are also available.

Additional Information
A 50% deposit is required to secure your wedding date and begin your order. The remaining amount plus any additional fees due upon completion of order. We appreciate if large event or wedding orders are placed at least 4 months before your date.
